Click on the Remove button.

You will receive a confirmation email message at your current email address. Simply reply to that email message and you will receive a Goodbye Message and be taken off the list. This two step procedure keeps pranksters from removing you from the list.

Remove your email address via email

1. Send a blank (no message) email to:
   yourlist-off@mail-list.com
   
   
2. Replace yourlist with the exact name of the list that you wish to leave.
   Example: elvis-off@mail-list.com
   Example: rainy-day-off@mail-list.com
   
   
3. If an old email address of yours is on the list, please enter it in the Subject Line.
   
   
4. You will receive a Goodbye Message from the list.
